Full Time Kindergarten Program at Walter Whyte School!
We are now accepting registrations for kindergarten students for the 2024-2025 school year for children who will be 5 years old by Dec. 31, 2024. Registration forms can be found on our WWS website, or you can call the school office at 204-754-2240 and speak to Ms. Caron to arrange pick-up for the forms, or to have them sent home if you have another child in our school. Families are asked to please have the child’s birth certificate available for registration.
Please ensure to let us know if your child will need any supports when they begin their kindergarten school year, or if your child is currently receiving any supports for speech or language, social-emotional challenges, toileting or dysregulation. This will ensure we are able to meet with you and plan for appropriate programming before the school year begins.
We are currently in the process of planning our Welcome to Kindergarten event, so it is important to have your child registered so that you do not miss any important information that we will be sending to families who have their child registered.
Please pass this information along to any other community members who you know may be registering a child for our Kindergarten Program, as we will soon be sending out information regarding our Welcome to Kindergarten Event.
